PART 1 of my three-part Kaohsiung series in Taiwan 🇹🇼 A vlog of all the destination we visited in Kaohsiung, where we: 𓅰 found the best fried chicken during our first night ʕ•ﻌ•ʔ ate at a cafe guarded by a giant bear ♪♫ got a free show from a very talented street performer 𓆤 admired a building that resembles a honeycomb ╦╦ saw 360-degree rotating bridge My first time in Kaohsiung and first thing I noticed was how much more affordable it is to go here compared to Taipei. Airfare and lodging were cheaper. Waaaay less people too. There was a time we felt like we were the only ones in the stations. The city had so many hidden gems and I loved Pier-2 most especially -- it was such a vibrant art scene! One unfortunate thing though was it was unusually hot for a March trip in the country.
