Făgăraș - Creasta Viștea - Moldoveanu

Romania - Fagaras Mountains (Vistea - Moldoveanu Ridge) This is a one day hike on the highest peak in Romania (8347 ft), in early October, on the first snow of the winter. It took us about 10 hours. Vistea Mare is the third peak in Romania (8291 ft). The narrow ridge has a steep gap which requires attention in the winter season.
