OSHA’S LATEST RECORDKEEPING UPDATES—WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW
Consultants from the PA OSHA Consultation Program will discuss important workplace injury and illness record keeping changes recently published by the Occupational Safety and Health Administration. These requirements are mandatory for employers covered by OSHA. Failure to comply with them could produce significant OSHA penalties. The presentation will provide participants with an overview on why OSHA issued the rule, new and revised requirements, how electronic submission works, new anti-retaliation protections, and the effective compliance dates.
