2026 Shared Capital Cooperative Annual General Meeting

Please watch our Annual General Meeting and Co-op Forum. 2026's event had three parts: First, a brief business meeting highlighted Shared Capital’s work over the past year and shared progress for our initiatives. Second, our annual Co-op Forum was a panel discussion on Cooperative Solutions to Housing Affordability, featuring: • Linda Lutton of Pilsen Housing Cooperative – PIHCO • Lena Gardner of Black Lives of UU • Osama Jerome of Students’ Cooperative • holly jo Sparks (moderator and Shared Capital board member) of Spartan Housing Cooperative Third, a break-out period with a handful of sessions including a “Deep Dive” into financials, continuation of the dialog on the Co-op Forum, how to invest in a cooperative economy at Shared Capital, and a “Meet the Board” session. Shared Capital Cooperative is a national CDFI loan fund that is working to build a just, equitable and democratic economy by investing in cooperatives. We are a cooperative owned by 330 cooperative members in 36 states.
