Countless occurrences of corporations completely missing the mark on where their statements, values and actions should be. Whether it's Bud, Target, Gillette, YouTube, or one of the many other companies involved in the corporate equivalents of 'Ukulele Apology' -tier PR moves over the years, the lesson remains the same: *NEVER FORGET WHO YOUR CUSTOMER IS, your own values and beliefs are irrelevant against what they want.* Back to the topic at hand, Visa & Mastercard have been quite heavy-handed in handling various questions of commercial ethics over the years. Again - regardless of what you believe or value - I can't help but grow increasingly concerned with how much these 2 companies are allowed to mess with our modern Bread & Circuses People aren't doing well - continue to not be doing well - and increasingly reach for others when looking for the exit.
