Manga artist Yoshiharu Tsuge, known for works such as "Nejishiki" and "Munō no Hito," has passed away at the age of 88. According to Chikuma Shobo, manga artist Yoshiharu Tsuge died on the 3rd of this month from aspiration pneumonia. He was 88 years old. Tsuge was born in Tokyo in 1937 and made his official debut in 1955. He published his works in the manga magazine "Garo," and gained a strong following with his manga featuring absurd worldviews, dreams, and travel themes, such as "Nejishiki" and "Munō no Hito." In 2020, he received the "Special Honor Award" at Europe's largest international manga festival, demonstrating his international recognition.
