Resin vacuum infusion of a carbon AIREX® panel
Resin vacuum infusion of a 6 mm 70.55 AIREX®panel. Face sheets are 100 g/m² non-crimp biaxial carbon fabric and 100 g/m² flax fabric. Resin channels and perforations were created with a small screwdriver in the AIREX® sheet. No flow media is used and needed. The flax fabric acts as a splinter guard in case of breach. Epoxy resin used: HP-E300GL.
