IMOLA, ecco cosa la rende unica!

Imola - René visited the Enzo and Dino Ferrari International Racetrack in Imola, led by circuit director Pietro Benvenuti. The tour retraced the history of the track, founded in 1953 by Checco Costa and 4.9 km long, one of the few in the world to run counterclockwise, and naturally adapted to the hilly terrain. Benvenuti showed the control room and the pit lane with its 35 pits, and guided René along the track, turn by turn, up to Tamburello, the scene of Ayrton Senna's fatal accident in May 1994, a place still remembered today by fans. The tour then ascended the control tower, built in six months in 1984-85, which offers a view of the new 105,000-capacity Music Park Arena. The final stop was the merchandise shop, where Senna-themed products remain the most sought-after, especially among Brazilian fans.
