Cheating The Pocket In Pool | Pool School
In this video we look at a technique in pool called cheating the pocket. All this really means is instead of potting a ball into the heart of the pocket, we aim to pot it slightly wider and therefore create an angle so that we can get better position with the cue ball. We also look at why this works better when the object ball is closer to the pocket and the dangers when the ball is further away. The shots are carried out on a 7ft UK 8 ball table but the smae principles apply in all forms of pool, billiards or snooker.
