Pioneer DEH-X8700BS Why I Purchased & Compare to JVC KD-A95BT

This video does not show the controls and functionality of the radios. I do that for the Pioneer in several other videos. Just search my channel. In this video I just discuss why I chose the Pioneer DEH-X8700BS and compare it to the JVC KD-A95BT which I bought first and then decided to return. It's a long video, so only watch if this interests you. Both radios are very good. The JVC just did not sound right for my particular install which was into 2006 Camry with factory JBL stereo. I used the low level outputs on the head unit into the JBL amplifier and I just could not dial in the perfect sound on the JVC head unit. It would sound fine but would hurt my ears after a while and I am in my car a LOT for work. On the Pioneer I didn't need to adjust anything. It sounded fine right out of the box. This could be specific to my application only and could be completely different if you use the internal amplifier in the head unit which most will do anyway. I liked everything about the JVC otherwise. My main reason for choosing both of these units is because I wanted a single DIN unit with their USB and Aux inputs on the back for a cleaner installation so I could run the wires inside the dash and out the bottom. It looks SO MUCH better. This is getting harder and harder to find on single DIN units.
