Who would have thought that contact improvisation would become my healing? That from a person immersed in sleep, I would transform into someone alive, feeling, and free. Free from the mind’s dogmas, from borrowed or implanted ideas and concepts. Silence and peace, without rush. Attention to detail does not distract from wholeness. Every moment—curiosity about change and the readiness to leave everything as it is. The search for a shared whole, where the uniqueness of two remains intact. Care is expressed through listening and clear offering—and that is when trust emerges. Creativity awakens from stillness, from the full acceptance of what is happening.
