We have to face these issues and open the dialogue when no-one wants to.” Airness is about owning our superpowers - our communities rising and coming together to reclaim and understand the power of our voice. Together, we are unbreakable. But it also speaks to the imperfections that we all have to fight through and get past. We live in a system that doesn’t consider us but relies on our influence to thrive. The issues that plague us are systemic - yet we are expected to navigate the same system that holds us back and tears us apart to somehow better our lives and make better decisions? They always want to speak of the outcomes - what we want is to make sure we keep talking about the causes. It’s a lot to unpack - but these moments can’t be about just product. It’s bigger than that. It’s a wake up call for us all to do better and be better to move forever forward - together. We have to embrace both the shade and the shine, the fall and the rise - not just when it’s comfortable but all the time. That’s real progress. That’s Airness”
