I visited a liberal arts class at Kyung Hee University with Chairman Yoon Dae-hyun. For students encountering Aikido for the first time, we spent time introducing the standards and principles of movement before teaching techniques. Movements that foster understanding of oneself and one's opponent, rather than techniques that subdue an opponent with brute force. This video captures the classroom setting, the students' experiences, and the standards through which we view training.
