Cheng man ching tai chi -chi developement (鄭曼青太極37式-站樁)
This is the most common form in most chi gong exercises to help develop chi. Most important part is to be as relaxed as possible while maintaining the correct posture. The easiest way to do this is to feel and focus on dropping the whole entire body weight at the bottom of the feet.
