La Paz, May 23 (EFE) (Image: Elena Rodríguez).- Children with congenital malformations and adults who have suffered some type of accident now have a new opportunity thanks to the free hand surgery campaign in La Paz, which benefits low-income families with operations that can cost up to $5,000. In the sixteenth campaign, "more than 1,500 patients have been operated on with the Resurge team.
