Bridging to Transplant Pediatric Heart Failure and Ventricular Assist Devices

In honor of National Pediatric Transplant Week 2019, CCF partnered with Transplant Families and C.S. Mott Children’s Hospital to offer a webinar focused on pediatric heart failure and ventricular assist devices on Thursday, April 25. -- About CCF: The Children’s Cardiomyopathy Foundation (CCF) is a national non-profit organization dedicated to finding causes and cures for pediatric cardiomyopathy.
