I went to Gifu City, Gifu Prefecture to make a pilgrimage to the locations featured in the anime "Koshimin." Koshimin is an anime that will be aired in the summer of 2024, but when I heard that season two is scheduled to start airing in spring 2025, I made a pilgrimage to the locations that appeared in the first season. As was the case with "Hyouka," an anime by the same author, the level of recreation of the locations in Gifu Prefecture is incredibly high. It was a very enjoyable place, as I was able to enjoy the old townscape and scenery rich in nature. Speaking of Koshimin, the Osanai Sweets Selection shop that appeared in the anime was also very memorable. In fact, the Osanai Sweets Selection shop actually exists, so I got to try all the sweets as well. I think I visited some of the more intimate locations this time as well, so I hope it will be of some help to anyone planning to go on a pilgrimage to the locations.
