This week is going to be really exciting... Tokyo is finally showing its best side, and we're truly enjoying every minute. I'll take you with me through the city, we'll of course go for sushi again, and I'll show you my absolute favorite drink in Japan. After that, things get sweet: We're doing an XXL cheesecake taste test with the most popular flavors from Japan. From classic cheesecake to matcha, I really didn't expect which flavor would win. There's also a very special moment today: The new Dr. Emi Skin products are finally online! I'll show you the new products, tell you why we developed them, and what you can look forward to. Many of you also wanted an update on my current makeup and skincare routine. So, I'll take you through it step by step and show you my favorite products and little tricks for a natural look. Afterwards, we're visiting Basti's family. We're going to see his grandfather, and I'm always so happy to be able to share these personal moments of our trip with you. We're also visiting Basti's family. Before leaving Japan, we enjoyed our absolute favorite breakfast at the hotel one last time. Honestly... I already miss it and would love to eat it every morning back in Germany. But towards the end of our trip, everything suddenly went differently than planned. We just wanted to fly home and relax. But at the airport, we got a shock: Our last names were mixed up on our plane tickets, and suddenly we weren't allowed to check in. For a moment, it looked like we wouldn't be able to leave Japan at all... Whether we ended up getting our flight or were actually stuck in Japan, you can see in the video. This week was full of wonderful memories, delicious food, and special family moments, and at the same time, a reminder that even the most wonderful trips can sometimes end in a real nightmare.
