The Magnavox Odyssey - Restoring the OG Game Console

Lots of people think the first home game console was the Atari 2600. It wasn't. Five years earlier, Magnavox released the Odyssey, invented by Ralph Baer, the "Father of Video Game". I showed my Magnavox Odyssey in the channel intro video I made 3 1/2 years ago, but I didn't power it on or do any maintenance or restoration. I was afraid of it. Today, I want to reintroduce the machine and begin a journey to get it back up and running. As the thumbnail implies, this thing is full of analog alchemy I don't fully understand, so this could be an interesting one. I hope you'll come along with me on the journey and maybe help me out with all the stuff I don't know.
