Full Recipe: https://wp.me/p8790g-2U Nyonya Chicken Rendang with tangy flavour due to the lime juice during the marinating process, has always been our family and friends favourite. This enhanced flavour is like no other rendang which tends to be dry and slightly sweet. This version has more of the thickened gravy that complements well with Nasi Kunyit and Ketupat. Kerisik is not required for this dish but it’s optional.
