Cornbread Waffles: 1 cup fresh milled flour 1 cup cornmeal 2/3 cup honey 3 1/2 tsp baking powder 1 cup buttermilk 1 tsp salt 1/3 cup avocado oil 1 egg Whisk flour, cornmeal, baking powder, and salt in a large bowl. Add honey, buttermilk, avocado oil, and egg. Stir until well mixed, then cook according to waffle maker instructions. Egg Pudding (double this recipe for a 9x13 pan) 20 hard boiled eggs 1 cup maple syrup 1 cup cocoa powder 3/4 cup raw milk pinch of salt 1 tablespoon vanilla bean paste (optional but highly recommended) Add all ingredients to a high powered blender and blend until completely smooth. Add more milk if a thinner consistency is desired (pudding will thicken a little more in the fridge). Chill and serve. Carrot Salad (we actually preferred it heated through the next day): / dyiujtutyay Cottage Cheese Flatbread: 2 cups cottage cheese 4 eggs salt and herbs to taste Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth. Pour into a parchment paper lined baking sheet, and bake at 350 for 30-35 mins or until it starts to brown. Remove from the oven and let cool. Some links are affiliate links.
