Are you stuck at 100 degrees during a side stretch and can't spread any further? If you feel a pulling sensation only in the back of your knees and it feels like the back of your legs are splitting, yet the angle remains the same, the problem might not be your hamstrings. In this video, I’ll show you a hip joint movement routine that you can follow at home with just a single block. ✔️ Support your knees with a block to reduce muscle strain ✔️ Create hip joint movement through pelvic rolling ✔️ Learn the sensation of smooth hip joint movement through weight shifting ✔️ Expand your side range of motion by moving your upper body forward, backward, left, and right Forcing your legs to split won't make it 180 degrees. Your legs will only open naturally when your hip joints move properly. If you are stuck at 100 degrees, try doing this routine consistently first.
