Bamburi Haller Park Learning & Fun I Grade 6 Mombasa Tour Day 2 I Kijani Ridge School Day 2 of our Mombasa educational tour with the Grade 6 Class of 2025 candidates was both enriching and enjoyable as we spent the day at Bamburi Haller Park, one of Kenya’s leading environmental and wildlife conservation centres. The learners were guided through the park by professional attendants, where they learned about environmental conservation, wildlife protection, and sustainable ecosystems. They observed and interacted with various animals, including giraffes, hippos, reptiles, birds, and antelopes, gaining firsthand knowledge that perfectly complements classroom learning. After the guided learning sessions, the learners enjoyed supervised play and relaxation time, allowing them to unwind while still being closely monitored by their teachers. The balance between structured learning and recreation ensured the learners remained engaged, safe, and refreshed throughout the visit. The day was well organised, with clear schedules, constant supervision, and emphasis on learner safety and wellbeing. As we wrapped up our visit to Haller Park, the learners returned to the resort tired but happy, filled with new knowledge and memorable experiences as we prepared for the exciting activities lined up for the next day.
