Modernizing a "Harrison H-172" 1941 Chevy Heater
This is a new and revised update of the video from the previous week. I found some missing video clips and wanted to include them for posterity, if nothing else... The 1940 Chevrolet pickup project came installed with a Ford heater. I tracked down this Harrison H-172 heater and now need to make sure it's ready to install. The '40 will be converted to 12v and with the small block Chevy, will be running a little higher coolant pressure. Therefore I decided to "upgrade" to a new heater core unit from Brassworks. As well as a new defrost motor Murray PM354. email: [email protected] website: ratzlaffmotorco.com Want more videos? Go to my channel and hit "Join" to become a member!
