Supporting national businesses and stimulating investment. Facilitating investments by Moroccans living abroad, whose remittances exceed 122 billion dirhams annually. Simplifying procedures and providing land for investors. She also criticized the continued concentration of public investment, noting that 64% of it goes to only three regions, while the remaining percentage is shared among the other regions. This raises questions about achieving spatial justice and reducing territorial disparities. She also inquired about the share of rural areas, mountains, oases, and remote provinces in development projects, and the extent to which the royal directives aimed at building a "unified Morocco" are being implemented on the ground. The statement also addressed Morocco’s attractiveness to foreign investment and its position in investment and transparency indicators, calling for the evaluation of public policies based on results achieved on the ground rather than on announced figures.
