Live - Regras de Transição para a NLL e o Comunicado SEGES nº 10/2022

The Secretary of Management of the Ministry of Economy published, on August 31 of this year, Communication No. 10/2022, which establishes parameters for the transition between the regimes of Laws No. 8.666/1993, 10.520/2002 and 12.462/2011 and the new bidding and contracting system of Law No. 14.133/2021. The aforementioned communication is based on articles 191 and 193 of the New Bidding Law – NLL. In the live event we will hold on September 13th, we will discuss this communication, emphasizing the need for all actors, public and private, in the public procurement process to prepare to conduct bidding and direct contracting in accordance with the NLL.
