S2: EP 10 - Stepping into Myself
In today’s episode Gaby updates everyone on the books she’s been reading and the mindset shifts that have come along with them. She has been opening herself up more to life and leaning into the unknown. It’s the unknown that can be such a scary and unpredictable place, but it’s through this that she has realized that the unknown can also be a very safe place to be. Our nervous systems show us the programs that we are running subconsciously. She has been understanding her old beliefs systems and learning to rewire them into new beliefs that benefit the person she is meant to be. Currently, her biggest block was money. That’s a pretty common block for most people. She’s been trying to understand why she believed that she had to work hard for money and that she couldn’t monetize her art. These were old beliefs that were programmed and projected onto her at a very young age. Now it’s easy to find examples in which we see where people don’t have to work hard for money or where people have big success in the arts. But while we can acknowledge these on a conscious level, it’s the subconscious that shows us how we feel at our very core. So listen in, I’m sure there’s a few things you can take away from today’s episode. And we’re hoping one of them is to get out of your own way. 🫶🏽
