January 2026 Sketchbook Vlog: the mundane can be beautiful

Hi everyone, today I'm sharing with you my sketchbook creative journeys in January 2026. I sketched a variety of subject matters in my sketchbook. I love sketching the ordinary moments because that's what most days look like and all worth celebrating. 🎨 Materials I used: Sailor's fude fountain pen (Bamboo Green) Noodler's Brown 41 Ink (to fill the fountain pen) Daniel Smith watercolors Luchetti Sketchbook 8 inches by 8 inches Holbein Water Brush (large and medium tips) 🎨 I'm teaching online classes every week. Check them out the newest classes in my Ko-Fi Shop: https://ko-fi.com/caobecky/shop Every day is a good day to make art. We don't need fancy subjects, but we need to pay attention to the beauty in the mundane.
