Quadriplegic | Exercises + transfer from ground to couch

Hi guys and welcome back to my channel! In this video I'm showing some new exercises for abdomen and core. In the end you can see my struggles when I want to transfer from ground to couch and than from couch to wheelchair. It is harder also because my wheelchair is moving even if I have the breaks on. I have to fix that. Oh and I have a guest in this video. My dog that or he wanted to just be in company with me or he wanted to join me with my workout.
