¡Hola! ¿Qué tal? Espero que muy bien. En esta ocasión les traigo una receta muy especial que preparamos para celebrar el 31° aniversario de ordenación sacerdotal de nuestro vicerrector, el P. Raúl López Orozco, LC. Les ofrezco el "Risotto ai funghi". Utilizamos los siguientes ingredientes para 15 personas: 1kg de Riso Carnali 1,25kg de hongos variados, setas y champiñones 2.5l de caldo de verduras 180gr de queso Grana Padano 180gr de mantequilla 1 cebolla grande 3 dientes de ajo 100ml de vino blanco Aceite de oliva extra virgen Sal y pimienta
