He really doesn't like it when "those Munich folks" fly kites near his flock of sheep. But Eder and Pumuckl aren't about to let the grumpy old man spoil their lovely day. When a model airplane whizzes overhead, Pumuckl's dream of flying finally comes true: Excitedly, he climbs in and actually takes off. But the flight ends in disaster: The plane crashes, and Pumuckl is nowhere to be found. Eder searches desperately for him but only finds a piece of his green trousers.
