This 27-minute full-body Cardio Pilates workout uses light dumbbells (I'm using 3lb weights) and optional ankle weights to intensify the burn, boost your heart rate, and sculpt lean muscle. You’ll move through dynamic Pilates and barre inspired sequences fused with energizing cardio bursts to help you burn calories and fat, tone your abs, arms, glutes, and thighs, and leave your body feeling stronger, more energized, and fully worked out — all from home. ✨ What to expect: – Full-body Pilates and Barre inspired exercises with cardio energy – Core-focused and strength-building movement – Light hand weights for added intensity – Optional ankle weights to fire up the legs and glutes – Low-impact but high intensity (no jumping) – Includes warm-up + cool-down 💪 Use weights that challenge you while maintaining good form. I’m using 3lb dumbbells, but you can go lighter or heavier depending on your strength level. Ankle weights are optional — you’ll still feel the burn without them!
