This Italian-American version of Lasagna Bolognese can stand up with the best of the best lasagna recipes. It's my favorite lasagna I've ever made or had and it is layered with my homemade bolognese sauce, creamy ricotta and herb filling (instead of bechamel), and tender cooked pasta noodles.
