Help Speech Sound Development with Hand Cues | Songs for Speech

Using hand cues can really help kids develop speech sounds! Sometimes kids don't understand the importance of a sound in a word, and sometimes they need help to understand the movement needed to use a sound in a word. When kids don't pronounce sounds correctly, it can be harder for others to understand them, and communication breakdowns aren't fun for anybody! Different speech pathologists may use different cues for sounds.
