SIR Process to Begin From Tomorrow, BLOs to Start Door-to-Door Verification. The Special Intensive Revision (SIR) of electoral rolls will begin across Odisha from tomorrow, informed Chief Electoral Officer (CEO) of the state, RS Gopalan. Addressing a press conference, the CEO said the process will continue till June 28. So far, mapping of more than 3 crore voters has been completed in the state. During the process, around 17% logical errors have been detected. Gopalan stated that Booth Level Officers (BLOs) will visit every household from tomorrow to carry out the revision. Each voter will be provided with two forms. One copy should be kept by the voter and the other submitted to the concerned BLO.
