Chevy Van G10 G20 lower control arm bushing removal
This is for vans with a 2" hollow shaft. The size of the wrench for the nuts is 1⅛" (don't forget you will need a socket to torque them up). Torque settings in ft-lbs from my haynes manual that you may need to know are: U bolts - 85 upper control arm shaft to mount - 70 Shaft (bushing) nut (upper & lower) - 140 Idler arm mounting - 30 Idler arm to relay rod - 60 lower ball joint - 75-90 upper ball joint - 55-65 caliper mount - 35
