🚒 Royal Bathurst Show Display 🎡 From 1–3 May, the crew from Station 216 Bathurst joined with Fire and Rescue NSW Station 105 Kelso at the Royal Bathurst Show to engage with the local community and share important fire safety information. With the cooler months approaching, it is an important reminder for households to practise safe heating habits and review home fire safety measures, including: 🔥 Testing smoke alarms regularly 🔥 Keeping heaters at least one metre away from flammable items 🔥 Never leaving cooking unattended 🔥 Avoiding overloading power boards and electrical outlets 🔥 Having a home fire escape plan and discussing it with your family We were proud to be part of this year’s show alongside the crew from 105 Kelso, helping promote simple fire safety messages that can help keep our community safe. 🎥 Check out this short clip of our display and demonstrations from the event.
