for the reading and storing of flat templates, and for the automatic detection of piece origin. By scanning a 2D sample (e.g. a vanity top, regardless the material by which the sample is made of) this device automatically generates the geometric file to be run on the machine. When 2 sides of the work piece are straight this device can also be used to automatically set the machining origin in any spot of the working area avoiding use of the mechanical stops.
