Velomobile speed with load and strong wind

In the middle of Sweden during a long trip across the country from the west coast to the east coast. The velomobile is fully loaded with camping gear and I have to use the brakes to stop the velomobile from going too fast. Better to be safe than in the ditch. 😉 Please note: A velomobile is a bicycle powered with pedals, a human powered vehicle.
