In today’s video our backyard tide pool was almost ruined… As the temperatures started getting dangerously high, we had to act FAST to keep the pond cool and protect all the marine life living inside. To solve the problem, we installed a brand new chiller system and started building an awesome structure around the pond to help provide shade, lower the water temperature, and completely transform the look of the tide pool. The setup is finally starting to come together and look like a real coastal ecosystem! This might be one of the biggest upgrades we’ve done to the backyard tide pool so far.
