Lumi Ice Therapy Pod - Review

The miles are starting to add up and taking their toll on my legs as marathon training continues. To help, I decided to quite literally take the plunge and buy a LUMI 'Ice Therapy Pod'. This kind of ice bath has been advertised all over my social media accounts, so I decided to share my experience, setting it up and trying it out for the first time. I was a little nervous being a bigger guy whether or not I'd be comfortable in one and if it would even work.
