Here are the corrected instructions for installing this mod. First, you need to dump your copy of Cars Race-O-Rama and get Dolphin Emulator, I recommend this tutorial on how to dump Wii/GameCube games:    • How to Dump Nintendo Wii Games  . After dumping your game, I recommend saving it somewhere in the folder you installed Dolphin to. After saving your game dump, open Dolphin Emulator, right-click on Cars Race O Rama click properties, then filesystem. Then you want to right-click on the disc, then extract the entire disc, I recommend creating a special folder for modded games and saving the extracted disc on that. Once it is done extracting the disc, go to wherever you extracted your disc files and go into the DATA folder. Now I recommend backing up or deleting the original files folder before installing the mod. Once you do that, drag and drop the files folder from the download into the DATA folder. Next, go to configure and then paths. Click “add games” and select the folder you extracted the game in. If done correctly, you will see a duplicate of the game in your game with a size of 0.00 B. This is your modded game. The next step is optional if you want most of the new characters to speak in the Character Select Screen. Open Dolphin again and right-click Cars Race O Rama. Go to gecko codes, click on add new code, then copy and paste the code from codeset.txt. Once you have done everything correctly, you should have the new characters appear in the CSS.
