EASILY Record Group Ride Audio with SENA and GoPro 5, 6, & 7 | KSIX If you are using a GoPro 5, 6, or 7 and a SENA 20s or 30K I finally figured this out!!! The biggest problem I have had with upgrading to a newer GoPro is not being able to capture group audio because the SENA AUDIO PACK isn't compatible. Not anymore! ~The Perfect GoPro Mount solution! Make sure to LIKE and SUBSCRIBE Instagram: @_KSIX Note: I failed to mention 2 things in this video. 1. The splitter that I am using can sometimes slip out of the audio jack. To temporarily solve this problem, I use SUGRU moldable putty to hold the adapter in place against the SENA. To shoot this video, I removed the SURGU. This is a temp solution until I can find a splitter with a 3.5mm male connection that fits perfectly. As you hear from the example videos, there is no issue with sound quality and the SUGRU putty is easily removable and safe to use. 2. This set up seems to only work because I use headphones vs. the factory SENA speakers. All audio output is coming soley from the auxilary heaphone port and either going to the headphones or both the GoPro and headphones. I am unsure if using the SENA speakers would allow this to happen.
