Setting the AX3000G for Shadows Atlantis by Dave Monk
I am often asked how to get The Shadows sound using my AX3000G Modelling Signal Processor by Korg Toneworks. There are many Shadows sounds that vary from the treble sounding tones of the early tunes like Apache and Atlantis in the 60's to the richer sounds for their later recordings. To be honest, I believe we all have an our own concept of what we think a Shadows sound should be, but I think they are all different to a greater or lesser extent. Here I am showing the settings for the Korg Toneworks AX3000G that I would use for the classic tune Atlantis. You may well disagree with my choices, but it may be a good starting point for some people. Good luck.
