Hitman 2: Silent Assassin (2002) 100% Silent Assassin Longplay | RTX5090 | 4K Full Playthrough

Released in 2002, Hitman 2 was the follow up to IOI's very popular Hitman: Codename 47. The difference between the two games is stark, keeping all the good ideas from the first game but wrapping it up in better graphics and enemy AI. I very much enjoyed playing this game and it is very hard. Considering the playthrough only lasts 3 and half hours, this is a edit of around 4 days of gameplay. Trial and error is the name of the game here, and it's incredibly addictive. This was played on expert, rather than professional which is the hardest difficulty. From what I can see, the only difference is professional has no in level saves, something I needed for the Hidden Valley level. Unfortunately, this level is broken by the frame rate of modern hardware. In that level, you are supposed to be able to ride the trucks through the tunnels, but because of said framerate, the trucks hit the soldiers, and stops them from moving. I did get through this using stealth, but couldn't get the Silent Assassin rating. So, in this playthrough, I just booked it through the tunnels, and somehow, that will get the SA rating. It's not very elegant, but is gets the job done and wouldn't be possible without saves. This is a full Silent Assassin ranked playthrough, although, it's not the best example of stealth as I'm not great at these games. I played this on my current PC (couldn't be hassled with dragging the retro PC out), obviously the game was never intended to be ran on a RTX5090 so I can't guarantee how accurate this playthrough is to when released, I know there is an issue with the credits because of frame rate, but I left it as is. I had to use some tricks to get the game to run like this, including a widescreen patch, graphics wrapper (dgvoodoo), increasing the draw distance, and a patch to increase the size of the UI. A final note on this playthrough that might rub some the wrong way, but I really couldn't care less, this is the earlier 1.01 version of this game, and I did that for a reason. All the later updates and the console versions censored parts of the game. At one point of the game, Sikhs are referred to as "Towel Heads". I find it crazy, in a world where a lab born unstoppable assassin is killing people left and right, including Sikhs, people thought a slur was just too far. It's not a phrase I particularly like, but I hate censorship and peoples personal sensibilities should never effect creative intent, because too many are perpetually offended by everything.
