What started as a quiet solo camping trip into Idaho's remote mountains turned into one of the funniest adventures I've ever had. Most people bring a dog camping… I brought my chicken. Her name is Potato Chip, and she isn't your average chicken. She follows me everywhere, comes when she's called, eats meals with me, explores, and even camps with me. Together we head deep into Idaho's backcountry searching for the perfect river to fish, a peaceful campsite, and another unforgettable adventure far away from civilization. Sometimes the best trips aren't about going farther… They're about slowing down enough to enjoy where you already are.
