"He holds a special place in my heart" Joan Jett on the passing of Ozzy Osbourne

Appearing on Baltimore 98 Rock's Kirk and Marianne, Joan Jett spoke about the passing of Ozzy Osbourne. Ozzy Osbourne, undoubtedly one of the most beloved and iconic heavy metal singers on the planet, has died at age 76. "Well, I know you know, he holds kind of a special place in my heart because he's actually - Black Sabbath was my very first concert. I went to early 70s. I don't remember exactly, but it was in Maryland. And, the after, after that album came out and, you know, I learned to play guitar a little. Out of some of their songs they were big fat chords. And I could sometimes play, you know. Right. Even Iron Man was one you tried to play for sure. Even, you know, it's sad. It's you know, it's not shocking, right? It's always surprising when you lose somebody is such that of such stature."
