On Saturday evening, it rained heavily in Vaslui County. The amount of water that fell in just 20 minutes was comparable to that recorded in the first five months of the year. Houses were flooded, roads were destroyed, traffic was blocked on several national roads in the county, including DE 581, and thousands of hectares of land cultivated with cereals and grass plants were covered with water.
