Michael and his supercar K.I.T.T. come to the aid of Rebecca Hammond, a psychologist who works with underprivileged city kids on her ranch. There, she and the kids farm the land and raise cattle. But the residents of the nearby village see the farm and Rebecca's project as a thorn in their side. One day, strange things begin happening on the ranch, frightening Rebecca. Michael is tasked with uncovering the truth behind these events. --- The action series revolves around ex-cop Michael Knight (David Hasselhoff), whose life is saved by a mysterious millionaire after a serious accident. Equipped with a new identity and a talking, high-tech supercar named "K.I.T.T.," Knight now fights evil and is called in whenever the regular police force can't reach him. This usually results in spectacular chases and humorous interactions between Knight and his idiosyncratic car.
