18 Chi Kung Form Full HD 1080p

This is my version of the 18 Chi Kung Form, or sometimes known universally as Shibashi 1. My intention was to create a continuous flow between the 18 movements by adding repetitions to a few of the movements, .10. Cloudy Hands, 15. Flying Wild Goose and 18. Shao Gong. Also joining movements as a continuous combination, such as, 5. Rolling the Arms and 6. Rowing the Boat and also, 11. Scooping the Sea/12. Pushing Waves/13 Flying Pigeon. As many Tai Chi/Qigong Instructors probably teach, the movements of this Form can be practiced individually, in pairs or as a combination, as well as a complete continuous form. The video is performed in slow motion so anyone can follow the movements both individually or a a Form.
